Through our full-service interior design offering, we provided support each step of the way, from the initial purchase of the land to the design, construction, and final sale of the completed project.
As soon as we saw the property, we knew that every aspect of the design should be tailored to highlight the breathtaking location. The property offers a great deal of privacy among the trees, and it sits on a cliff overlooking Alderfer/Three Sisters Park. As Stephanie mentions in the article, “‘it’s the best lot in the gated development.’”
The key components driving our design vision were functionality and a connection to nature. Our team focused on incorporating natural light and materials throughout the space, as well as smooth indoor-outdoor transitions and ample storage.
“‘We wanted the home to feel open and airy but also have a fair amount of texture and some rustic elements, including wood and stone,’” Stephanie said in the article.
